Return and Exchange Policy

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our customer care is here to help you with any inquiries related to the item, shipping, exchange and/or return. All email inquiries regarding such matters will usually receive a response within 24 hours.

 

We will happily offer you a refund within 7 days from the date your package is signed upon delivery. Refunds will be the value as per stated on your original order/invoice in Australian Dollar(A$, AUD) before any taxes and/or duties. We cannot refund any taxes, duties, and/or differences due to currency exchanges between the time of your purchase and the time of your return. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges for your return.

 

The returned item must be in its original saleable condition and packaging. All tags must be attached in its original form. We do not accept return items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, altered or damaged in any way. Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased at specialty retailers, department stores or elsewhere. Once you decide to make a return or exchange on full-price items, please contact us at shop@chrisranlin.com.au as soon as possible. Please include your order number, full name, and other relevant details. Only returns with our valid email confirmation/authorization will be accepted and processed.

 

We strongly recommend all returns to be shipped via service that provides tracking and insurance for your own peace of mind.

 

We do not accept return or exchange on items sold under promotion, sale or discount.

Shipping

 

All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days upon payment completion unless otherwise indicated. Please note we cannot deliver to post boxes or parcel lockers.

 

  • Domestic

 

We offer complimentary shipping via Australia Post using registered services with a tracking number. Please ensure someone is available at your designated delivery address at the time of delivery to sign and accept the parcel.

 

We also offer our customers express post service via Australia Post with a flat fee of AUD 15.00. Express post will deliver your order within 1-2 business days. Please ensure someone is available at your designated delivery address at the time of delivery to sign and accept the parcel.

 

  • International

 

Delivery to all international customers will incur a flat fee of AUD 30.00. Any orders over AUD 600.00 will receive complimentary shipping.

 

All international orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days.

 

All international orders are shipped using international courier services depending on your region.
